Why should I choose 2-Chomp Munchies over the other well-known brands?

I see the Munchies contain hemp meal, why?  What are the benefits?
Hemp meal is very rich in complete protein (41%), branch-chain amino acids, Omega 6 and Omega 3 fatty acids (EFAs) as well as dietary fibre.  Hemp meal contains no genetically modified organisms (GMOs), additives or preservatives and is gluten-free.  It is an excellent dietary source of easily digestible, gluten-free vegetable protein while containing relatively high levels of the branched-chain amino acids that are important for the metabolism of exercising muscle.

Are there any chemicals, salt, colour or artificial preservatives added to the Munchies?
No!

Are there any soy or fillers in your Munchies?
No!  We use barley, oat flour and hemp meal as our core ingredients.

Is there a reason why the Munchies only come in a cute little bone shape?
Yes.  Our mini bone shaped Munchies are a result of much thought and care.  They are ideal for all types and sizes of dogs while also being a perfect training treat as they can be easily broken.  We purposely avoided any shapes like a rectangle that could potentially cut or scratch the inside of a dog’s sensitive mouth.

My dog has grain allergies; do you have a grain-free variety?
We are currently working on exciting new grain-free varieties that we will be introducing to our 2-Chomp Munchie family in September ’08!

The Munchies smell so good, just like home baked cookies.  Can we eat them?
Sure you can!  All of our formulations use only the finest human-grade ingredients that are used in day-to-day baking.  In fact, our Munchies are not made in a pet food / treat manufacturing facility but rather in a bakery that specializes in baked goods for human consumption!  Now our secret is out…no wonder they smell so darn good!

Why is the outside texture of the Munchies appearing to be cracked?
Our Munchies are oven-baked on trays in very small batches for superior taste and nutrient integrity. Just like a batch of homemade cookies, the cracking on our treats shows they were made with exceptional ingredients and care.
