When NuHemp was launched in 2005 the pet market was just starting to see the first all natural products hit the shelves and hemp was considered something of an oddity among most consumers. Our goal was to use our experience developing human health & wellness products to introduce a totally unique line into the burgeoning 'natural' pet market. We knew from the outset that the key to the products lay in one central ingredient; hemp. Not only is hemp incredibly nutritious, its therapy properties are truly revolutionary, using hemp allows us to create a holistic line that nourishes pets inside & out.

Every step of the way, the success of NuHemp has even blown us away. The reception of consumers, our industry peers and the media in general has just been far beyond what we ever expected. NuHemp products have been featured in over 50 high profile publications, transcending the pet market with coverage in the New York Post, Global TV and even Martha Stewart Living Radio. Our business has grown from our own backyard in Ontario to nationwide in Canada and now, North American wide.

The future looks very promising, with the pet market booming and the acceptance of hemp growing by the day. We are constantly expanding both our product line, as you can see in our 'On The Horizon' section, and our distribution network.
