Pricing
All prices on the NuHemp online store are in both USD and CAD. Our retail prices in both countries are the same, regardless of the current exchange rate. Prices may change without notice. For more information please see our conditions of use policy.
Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card (Mastercard or VISA). We do not accept COD, cash, cheque or paypal.
Your payment information is completely confidential and is not kept on file.
International Orders
Due to importing regulations and restrictions we are unable to ship internationally at this time. For specific inquiries about importing NuHemp products, please contact us at (519) 836-8443 or (866) 486-0686.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt and confirmation of payment. Shipping will be through one of 3 authorized services: Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. Tracking information will be supplied to you upon shipment of your order, via email. We take the utmost care in packing your order but damage occurring during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier.
Returns
All products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will credit you for unsatisfactory product but require proof via photograph. Without all of this information, a credit will not be issued. Credit will be issued to you at the purchase price at the time of transaction.
All product returns require prior authorization from KicX Nutrition Inc (NuHemp). The following information is needed to obtain an RMA Number (Return of Materials Authorization) :
- Date of purchase
- Number of items and description
- Exact reason for return
- Condition of the product
An RMA number is not a guarantee of credit. Once a return authorization number has been assigned you will be given the shipping address details. All returns should be sent via pre-paid freight with the RMA number clearly indicated. Under no condition should the item(s) be returned freight collect. If KicX Nutrition Inc. is at fault; the cost of freight will be credited to you.
Item(s) should be securely boxed, and packaged in a manner suitable to the method of return. A document should be enclosed with a list of the contents and return information.
